Switch Nutrition Multi-Mag Perform Powder is a 6-source magnesium drink mix made for people who train hard. Each 5 g scoop gives 320 mg of elemental magnesium from six forms, plus vitamin C, zinc and activated vitamin B6, in a flavoured powder you mix with water.

Most magnesium products use one or two forms. Multi-Mag Perform uses six: citrate, glycinate, malate, acetyl taurinate, orotate and pyroglutamate. Switch builds it as the recovery step in its training system, to have after a session or in the evening to wind down.

It is the powder version of Multi-Mag Perform capsules. Same 320 mg magnesium dose, but easier to take if you do not like swallowing 4 capsules. Switch states that Multi-Mag Perform is HASTA certified, which means batches are tested for substances banned in sport.

How to Use
