Description
InHuman by AfterDark Supplements is a high-stim pre-workout. One scoop (16.5 g) has about 365 mg caffeine from three sources, with 6 g citrulline malate and 3.2 g beta-alanine. A 330 g tub gives about 20 serves.

Directions
Start with 1/2 scoop in 250-300 mL cold water, 30 minutes before training, to check your tolerance. Do not use more than 1 scoop. Contains caffeine. Not suitable for people under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
