- Pumpz: stim-free, 3,500 mg L-citrulline malate (2:1) and 2,100 mg beta-alanine per 1 scoop (10 g)
- Pumpz full serve: 2 scoops (20 g)
Directions
End of Dayz: mix 1 scoop with water and drink 20-30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to check your tolerance and do not use with other high-caffeine products. Pumpz: mix 1-2 scoops with 500 mL water and drink before or during training.

Shipping Australia-wide. We pack online orders Monday to Friday, and your order goes to the courier the next business day.
