MAX’S Super Shred combines whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and calcium caseinate to provide both fast and sustained-release protein. Each 40 g serve delivers 22.2 g of protein.
The formula also contains a Shred Complex featuring L-carnitine, green tea extract, green coffee bean extract, MCTs, guarana, choline and inositol. It is designed for active people who train consistently and follow a controlled diet.
Each 900 g tub provides 22 serves and contains added and naturally occurring BCAAs, glutamine and 14.7 mg of caffeine per serve.

How to Use
Add 1½ scoops (40 g) to 250 mL of cold water, milk or a milk alternative. Shake or blend for 20 to 30 seconds until completely dispersed.
Take 1 to 2 serves daily in addition to regular meals. For use after training, consume within 30 to 60 minutes of exercise.
