PILLAR Performance Energy Gel 30 is a performance carbohydrate gel designed to provide convenient fuel during endurance training, competition and demanding sports sessions.
Each gel delivers 30 g of carbohydrates through a dual-carbohydrate formula using a 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio. This combination is designed to support efficient carbohydrate absorption while reducing the chance of overwhelming a single absorption pathway during prolonged exercise.
The pectin-based texture is smoother and less sticky than many traditional energy gels, making it easier to consume while running, cycling or training at high intensity. Each gel also contains added sodium and electrolytes to help replace minerals lost through sweat, while remaining completely caffeine free.
Available individually in Original, Wild Berry and Citrus, as well as a convenient 12-gel Variety Pack containing a mix of flavours.

How to Use
Tear open and consume one gel during training or competition, followed by water. PILLAR recommends using one gel every 30 minutes, adjusted to suit your individual fuelling requirements and exercise duration. Do not exceed 10 gels per day.

Shipping Australia-wide. We pack online orders Monday to Friday, and your order goes to the courier the next business day.
