International Protein Ripped to Shredz is a thermogenic formula for use during cutting phases. It combines stimulants with amino acids and other active ingredients.
Each serve contains 86 mg of caffeine, a lower dose than stronger high-stim pre-workouts. It also includes 1000 mg taurine, 500 mg L-Carnitine Tartrate, 500 mg Acetyl L-Carnitine, Green Coffee, Teavigo® Green Tea Extract and TeaCrine®.

How to Use
Mix 1 serve with 300 ml of water and take 15 minutes before training, during training, or first thing in the morning on non-training days. Do not exceed 1 serve per day.
