Directions
Stand on the middle of the rope and adjust the length so the handles reach about chest height. Trim or re-set the length to suit your height.

Free click & collect from The Cave Gym, 29 Stephen Street, South Toowoomba. Orders are packed during staffed hours, 7 days a week. Cave members can also use the free 24/7 click & collect locker: add a note at checkout and we will email your locker number and code.
Shipping Australia-wide. We pack online orders Monday to Friday, and your order goes to the courier the next business day.
