Cross-Eyed is a high-stimulant pre-workout from Zombie Labs. One scoop has 200 mg of caffeine. A full 2-scoop serve has 400 mg of caffeine, 6,000 mg citrulline malate and 4,200 mg beta-alanine.

Directions
Mix 1 scoop in 625 mL of water, or 2 scoops in 1,250 mL of water. Start with 1 scoop to check your tolerance. Not for people under 18 or pregnant, breastfeeding or nursing women. Contains phenylalanine.
